The Precipice Hike Ends Happily

My spouse posted photos from spring break to her Facebook page--yes, we're Facebook people, don't judge us too harshly--and this is one from the end of the hike I blogged about yesterday. You can't see my face, but I think I'm still wiping the tears. Craziness. Family life. Love.

On a positive note--donate blood!

Last night I was able to donate blood for the first time in almost a year (danged inadequate iron levels) and I felt like a million bucks. There is nothing so gratifying (okay, not nothing but it is a pretty good high) as doing good while doing nothing, and getting to read at the same time.
